Its not working . the bd911 heats up badly !

i trouble shoot it the bc3327 is actually bad so i replaced it with a general purpose pnp transistor the 2n3906 i have a video on youtube here it is

You can use tip3055 instead bd911 and replace bc327 with b647 but care of its true legs.
