  THe Truth came out.   My Kid robbed the car from his mom at Wal Mart.   Cops in pounded the car  and only gave the Kid a ticket for Exhibition of Speed.   Going Zoom Zoom!  In AZ they would had gave him a ticket for No Drivers License, No Insurance,   Drag Racing and more.   Boy and to think all I did as a 14 year old was get caught  doing PMI's on active B-52 bombers on the run way and getting away with it.  The USAF didn't want to Prosecute me because it would had been spanked on security.

Independence can be a wonderful thing but it comes with responsibilities. It can also be a double ended sword. Use it wrong and it will hurt you. Dispute the ticket so you will get a court date, make him go, then plead guilty, and then make him pay the ticket himself. If you must pay for him, make him work it off. Tough love is what is needed sometimes to tame the dragon. I will get down from my podium now. Embarrassed

I'd just make him work on that truck/car every day for the next six months or till the exhaust manifold shines like chrome. Bet he wont touch it again with out your permission.
