TGSL EDU Huh?    This is the Musketeer TSGL right?

Please post the Schematic your using.

Looking back at your first video, the sounds being produce sounds like 50Hz line freq.

Your problems may just be in the Audio section.

Hi, today i have tested all ground points, and all are good.
I also tested the feed point, the only thing wrong is on pin 4 of the LM393, LF353, LM358 and LM308, where  should have -5V, I have -6v.

Someone with EDU TGSL could measure to verify that voltage is in this pin???

Thank you

The problem's in the coil......probably the bucking coil that is causing you all the problem. When doing the nulling you need to be super precise, also the shielding of the coil is very important.

Did you Null the coil using a bit of Ferrite Rod?  I'm thinking that is what it wants.

Go Up Go Down

Hello; Not sure exactly where I'm plugged in here. Just picked up a Compass Yukon 1b or lb , 8" loop. I know nothing about.
Start off with Battery setup. Bat test knob 6(c) 9a 9b. So are those the voltages. 6 being the 4pack of AAs, A,B,being 9v. The previous owner
left the batteries in for a couple 5 years. The rest Looks pretty good. I see all the 77 b's postings but not the 77-1(l)b
Hahaha ... by the way I live in FG, Oregon who'da thunk.
