Go Up Go Down

Here we go again.  I'm off to England looking for a  really old anything.
My wife has a Fisher CZ-5 and we were 'warned" it could be wet out there.
Does anybody know where I can get a rain cover for this older machine?
If not any suggestions as to making one.
Fisher doesn't have any of them and the 2 sites that do show them are sold out.

Sorry had to move this one.   Was tossed up between Community and DIY Mod and Repair.

My self, I would go to the Family Dollar store and look at what they have to offer for Makeup Cases, Get Bags,  Toiletry Item Bags or whatever.  I've seen a few that would look factory made if used right.

With a hole punched here and there you may have the Ticket.   Worst Come to Worst, a clear plastic bag and some rubber bands will do the Trick.

A shower cap works fine for most detectors. Or a dry cleaning bag over the entire detector. A garbage bag with a hole in it. Lots of choices. Nobody is going to be watching you anyway.

Just be sure your detector doesn't flash anyone. Be a shame to get your machine arrested for indecent exposure.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

Thanks for the advice.
I was hoping for a "real" cover instead of make shift but any port in a storm.
Excuse the pun

Hey Homefire.
I went to Fisher and they don't have them any more, if they ever did.
I'll have to put a shower cap on her detector.
THanks for the advice.
