thanks Eugene...I downloaded all Geotech and thunting projects...
but my knowledge in electronic doesn't afford me to build those kind of things...too complicated
That's why I asked Mike for a stripboard schematic, more or less at my level :Smiley

If you build a Metal Detector from our Library , I am sure that it will be much better than most of the $100 dollar "Metal Detector garbage" sold today , that is flooding the Market Place !! And when you get done , you will find some decent targets and have a very good "basic understanding" of Electronics..........Just take your time and double check your work and if you have problems let us know . The circuit board work should go smooth for you , the search coil will be fine if you follow winding procedures !! And if you decide not to build this particular Model , you have many other options to choose from here at Thunting.com !!

Regards,........Eugene52

Hi Edouard, don't worry I have not forgotten about the layout, I have had to 'ink' the pencil in to make it readable and make a key to the layout, so that you can understand it. I originally laid out the circiut for my own use and did not realise others would be interested.
Please be patient, I am still working on it.

All the best Mike.

Great posting Delamuerte . Your P.I. search coil information is very accurate .  All inductances are in micro-henries and all d.c. resistances are around 2 ohms . I am trying to copy this so I can compare with my P.I. coil information I have . You should re-post this in a PDF or zip-file if you can so everyone can download a copy !......................Regards.................Eugene52

Hi Edouard, I have finally finished the ?Strip Board? layout.
I have put it under the ?New Topic? heading below:-
?Strip Board? layout for the ?Bandido II U Max?.
This is to make it easier to find for anybody else who wants to build it.
Thank you for your patience.

Best regards Mike
