 in first pcb used 2 4700 uF instead of 10000uF and add a manual balance volume and reset key

It's not advisable to use two electrolytic capacitors in series. Did this configuration work for you?

Because the photo that you posted is only one side of the board and it looked like someone was having you on. Now that you have posted the PDF I can see the complete board.
