There is a little detecting here, the pix quality is not too good, but the imagery is different at least...thats me in the movie, the cat was Painter, my best buddy ever, the dog was margaret, she is a pain in the neck but ok for just a dumb animal Wink

no offense billder, especially since I enjoyed the video, but your video reminds me why I prefer Mogollon and Pinos Altos to Hachita.

Hahahahah...BA thanks for the comment, and I agree with you 100% Smiley

the lower end of nm is good for winter time though, which is when i am there, it is like north florida with a little snow and no water skiing....the summer is very bad tho...i am vacating there in summer now....do the east coast, get my route together

i have certain interests down there, mostly geological, though the atmosphere has gotten decidedly hinky in the last few years, hachita is very close to juarez and palomas and agua prieta (?)(douglas)

bang bang

I don't think I have been to Chance City yet, but I have found Quincy, and also the real ghost town of Gage, most of the accounts put it on the wrong side of I-10.  have found some decent coins there, there was a school, and roads, and some other buildings, its the n side of I10 at the dairy queen exit, one exit east of savoy...lot of trash piles out in the desert n of there too, purple glass.

I will be out there around 12 dec, then heading to tucson for two weeks on way to quartzsite all of jan, then back to tucson for a couple months, bebopping to and fro around hachita and environs to build stock and work at the mine there...b

Chance it the same exit south.

Past the small Mtns.  you can't miss it.

They just put Bat Bars on the Mines. So no more getting cool in there.
