I'm sure that there will be plenty in the books besides who wants to keep bad memories. I went to the east in 1967 and 1981 then in 1998 and finally in 2001 lovely country and the people that I met there were very nice not to mention the beer Cheesy

The PEOPLE of the country have nothing of which to be ashamed. That monument represents a period of the history of their country. Good or bad, it's their history. In the USA, a Rebel flag can still be flown in spite of what it represents. That's freedom, mate.
