Ok....that is one more reason to say that it is/was a Chinese Health ball. Most of the enameled Baoding balls sold in the United States have the calming bell like sound. Mystery solved.

Joe, go back and read this from the beginning. Yes, japaneseloothunter shook it....and yes, sound comes out of it. And yes, that is one more clue that it is a Chinese Health Ball and not some mysterious treasure.
