I found this with my son it is a royal british lion ,,,,it was 9 inches deep a lot of work to dig it up ,,,some have said it is door stopper

Well it was found near a war of 1812 site in Ontario at an old park i have saw British regiment buttons with the exact same lion insigna on the button other then that not sure what it was for,,,, few of said a door stop i doubt it though i have yet to see one like this
