If you have read the controversial book "Holy Blood-HolyGrail" you will see that this is not the first time they theory that Jesus did not die on the cross has been put forth.  I totally agree open the tomb, take some samples and test it against other samples. The only problem I can see is Rome trying to intervene and cloud the truth more than they alredy have over the centuries.

I was under the impression the shroud of Turin is that of

Jaques de Molay the last Grand Master of the Templars.

They had nailed him to a door in a mock execution of Christ on the Cross.

Hello usfan51473

There are various interesting claims such as this and very interesting to study them. However proving some thing conclusively is extremely hard.

Most religions begins with honest intentions however over time they become perverted by the failings mankind's greed and ambition.

Blind faith can be manipulated by the faithless who lurk behind the veil of respectability in pursuit of their own political agendas. The church as most religious hierarchy manipulate history to retain their power and control over the people.

Thank you everyone for the interesting posts.

Hardluck

2000 years ago is a long time and likely the truth resembles nothing we've been told.

If Jesus didn't die there then it's entirely possible that the whole ressurection story had an unwitting accomplice.

Who was the one person who had the most power over everyone involved? Who was reluctant to pass judgement?  Who placed a guard on the tomb to keep people away? Who didn't want innocent blood on his hands? Who thought Herrod and the church heirarchy were behind the whole story of insurrection? Who could have orchestrated an illusion and brought a still living man to the tomb? Perhaps covered in a shroud to hide the fact he wasnt dead?

Why would Roman soldiers care if this person was spirited away and didn't die? There was no Christianity at that time. Pontius Pilot was a judge, likely rather wise, and he knew he was being duped into killing someone whom he apparently thought was no threat to Rome and preached pacifistic ideals. That couldn't have set well on his conscience.

Were the apostles were given an opportunity and simply made use of it? Perhaps even they didn't know. Perhaps Pilot was serving up a dish of revenge?

Just food for thought.

Organized religion is used by the Global Elite to control the masses.  Heck they invented it to begin with.  To find out the truth of what really happened you have to go back in time.  King Constantine was the culprit that changed the simple religion of man.  He is the beginning of the trail to do your research...but the story of the Sun King goes back even further.  That is the hint you need to follow the trail.

It's always been used that way Joe, it's a perfect control vehicle. As Hardluck pointed out some things may start with true intent but if successful they are soon subverted for power and profit. I agree Constantine brought Christianity out of the closet even if he was a pagan till the day he died.

Hello Idaho Jones

Interesting observation I cannot think or imagine what these historical characters would think if they saw how religion has evolved today?

Well now that is all interesting. I would say you all have been watching end of the world videos on you tube again.

Along your guys same lines. It is believed that a one world currency is gonna happen soon, this year, and all but one religion banned, and you wont be worshiping the good guy. Then we would be ready for the coming of the type 1 beings, there are four types of beings in all. The rest is too political for a forum like this. I guess we are all gonna be aliens soon.

Unless you prefer the Sumerians coming back and taking over, I hear they are really upset, and kidnapping Alaska's residents on a nightly basis to perform experiments on.

Of course there is the Moth-man of Galipolis Ohio. Another bogey man.

Native Americans believe we have seen the world almost die several times and some scientist believe that also.

Yep, I love it all, especially religion and war stories.

Keep em coming and us updated.

The trick to history and archaeology and all these sciences is remembering that absolutes are bad. Just because someone is right about one thing doesn't mean they got it all right and vice versa. Keep the scepticals on for both the weird and the academic, sometimes it's hard to separate the two Smiley

Hey all

As you know I am working on deciphering the messages of Abb? Sauni?re found by Ben Hammott in different bottles buried in the countryside around Rennes-le-Ch?teau. Out in message number 2, it is written and signed by the hand of the Father as "This simple carpenter, that Jesus Christ was a lie, the resurrection of our Lord ..." and also in the message number three "The true story of the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus did not die on the cross but after 22 days. The removal of Jesus from his tomb was made by Mary Magdalene who lied about the resurrection. Dupe were men. The body of Christ, discovered by the Templars and then hidden three times .....".

On the shroud is impossible that the imprint of the crucified will be reproduced on fabric knowing that the body of the victim alive has been moved and therefore not covered as a funeral rite. For there is an impression, it takes some time for the body of acidic agents can permeate the fabric frames.

I'm sorry for not able to show you the entire text messages on Sauni?re's (these rights belong to Ben Hammott).
