 [detecting]Hi all! New member from central Arkansas. Love the hobby, love to meet new people interested in the same. Just found the froum and thought I'd join. Main interests are water hunting and coinshooting. About to head to Puerto Rico for vacation (2 weeks) hoping to deplenish their gold reserves stored on the beaches and in the surf. Any new friends out there?

Hey Bomber! We are going to stay on the island of Calebra on Flamenco beach. I hunted it last year for about an hour and a half before a storm made the water too rough to work and found about $20.00 in change, 2 gold rings and a silver ring. I can't wait to be staying on the beach so that I can hit it as soon as the water is right. Wish I had company, it's a huge beach and so little time! Happy hunting,Earl Johnson.
