Oh, I forgot ta tell ya what I use.

I use the lightest. They hurt my sholder and
elbo. Three pounds puts me out of action.

They are single tone machines, but are good
at findin small gold jewelry and artifacts,

Tabdog, your Compadre seems to have a bigger search coil than mine does. Did they make them with a variety of coils?

Hay GD,

They used to make them with a 7 inch coil.
That is what MrSpeedy has. But the newer
model has a 5.75 inch coil.

I got the one with the 5.75 inch coil also,
(MisSpeedy)

Mis Speedy is catching up with MrSpeedy,
but she has a ways to go yet. She is a hot
