Hello everyone,
New to this forum I have been detecting since 1987.I use an excalibur for the water and an XLT spectrum for the land.My island is 120 miles long  and 40 miles wide.Great for beach hunting Smiley

Many thanks for your reply.I discovered this forum a long time ago and particularly appreciated the article on beachcombing.I participate only in a few forums and I have to get familiar with the navigation with yours which seems to me at first a little confusing.My first question is avatar .Ihave my own which is my trade mark on a few forums that I go to .Could you direct me a to put it.Thks.

Trust me, I have my share of gray hairs. There is an up side to that, you know. Gray beard hairs do not look so bad as that swarthy dark look used to look. I can go a few days without scraping them off now.

But it is a worry when some old guy tries to make me give him a shave every morning. I have to chase him out of the bathroom.
