Hello Everyone,

I came across this Board while looking for information on my Bounty Hunter Red Barron VLF/SPD.

I built a metal detector some years back - it used nan (logic) gates, fairly simple. I had some success.  I've wanted something better thus I now have a Bounty Hunter Red Barron VLF/SPD.

It has been in the shed for about 5 years until a couple of months ago. When I got it out fitted new batteries. Alas not workie very good seams to have lost Earth Balance! Hence my post for help.

I'm looking forward to any help I can obtain and being part of this site.

Hi all,
I'm a boy from Hungary. Currently I'm building an Bandido-clone & studying what it is updating the machine, type  MD3006 (RS 63-3006-clone). The MD3006 sensitivity and battery lifetime is poor.

(I'm found two little silver coins only.)

 Hello &  Welcome to the forum oldhat % rumcajs from S.E.Ks.  Shake Hand  Oldhat, my frist detector (age 12 or so) was the Red Baron. Been trying to buy one off Ebay for na-stal-gic sake. Theres an ol Red Baron on ebay for parts as they claim its not working you might check if your needing parts. Anyway I hope you guys have fun on this forum.
