please help me!!!! i will start building the SURF PI from zero.
1)for pcb board i will use the photoresist method a single sided pcb file i will use (from this site)
2)i will replace the tlc555 with ne555?(i think they where just the same
ANY ADVICE LIKE SOLDIERING TECNIQUE,DO YOU THINK THE NE555 WOULD WORK AS TLC555,AND THE R1AND R2 ARE MARKED AS 1% TOLERANCE CAN I USE 5% TOLERANCE RESISTOR?

   You should be OK changing the 555.    Basic Solder skills?    Use the 1% .   There is a reason there 1%.
