Greetings, I apologize for my English zero (translator google is my salvation, apologize for that), and read in this wonderful forum and clarifying doubts about PI detectors (Sandbanks) very useful information as I really like the theme, but I recently done my Sandbanks detector first, I like working with electronics but it is more a hobby, all a big hug and thank you so much and good information for those who recently started in this wonderful world of detection.

Welcome from New Mexico.  Sandbanks?  Boy that is a older one.   Did you use the Transformer or two batteries?   Jump on in and join the crew.

Thanks for the Homefire welcome clarified that Sandbanks is just a project even though I was watching the electronic components such as IC 709 are no longer possible to get them, so I decided to change the project and start making Surfmaster PI, which at I was looking for is something more existing components if possible to acquire.
Review privately thought when performing Sandbanks, my intention was to make it work with a battery and coil Toko perform manually, but as I said, to not get the electronic components, choose to discard the project realization and change.
Greetings.
