what burn with irf740 in delta pulse2 Angry

i put  a small coil on deltapuls2 the IRF740 burnt i changed the irf there is puls but there is no signal are received.
what hould i do.

is there any other component that i sohuld change if the IRF720 were burnt (short) Devil

Are you asking what else burned with it?

Nothing most likely.    Check your coil for correct DC ohms.

Is the timing Correct?

IRF timing messed up?   Keeping the IRF on too long?
