You just say that because some of us talk funny.

I just realized that you look like my dog! See?

I'm training him to answer the phone in my Treasure Hunting Call Center. I might have to move to India though.

bad as me.

Just kidding,,

I love the Aussie accent too! My wife only has to whisper in my ear and I'm off doing whatever it was she wanted. It's hypnotic. I still speak with an American accent and probably always will being all grown up when I moved here in 1991. Folks here think it's me who has an accent. Imagine that? I get a lot of voice-over work for radio and TV ads because of my voice and accent.

As bad as you? Hehehehe. I can only aspire to greatness, mate.

I've found a few nuggets but there are many larger ones yet undiscovered out there. The prospectors here are called fossikers and they are a tight lipped bunch. In Australia, the public lands are called Crown Lands and are available for anyone to use including treasure hunters as long as you have a permit. In Western Australia there's a one time, lifetime license that costs AU$25.00 and you must have it in your possession. Since the claims, such as they are, (referred to as leases here) are on public lands, nobody really talks about them much or about what they find. If I were to tell you here about a patch I found that produced some gold, the place would look like a war zone in no time. So, the order of the day is to keep things very close to the vest here.

Sorry, but the best and only answer is, "I've found a few."

Hey GD, I know what you mean and understand completely its the same way here tell someone where you found all the gold rings and they will be there in a heartbeat. Hope you find a good one! DW
