Hello,
 I am new on this forum. I use an IDX Pro with Bill mods, XL-Pro, M-6 and a Minelab Advantage. Most of the time I go with my 15 year old daughter. My wife comes along about 20% of the time. She uses my IDX Pro and usually out does us! I found my first ring in the water a week ago, gold with 2 diamonds and 3 rubies, I am hooked and will either get an Excalibur or Tiger Shark soon so we have a dedicated water machine. My wife and myself were late bloomers, we are old enough to be our daughters grandparents!

Welcome aboard. I also would like to bring a Fisher CZ-21 to your attention. It is also an excellent underwater metal detector. The Tesoro is unfortunately not very sensitive / deep seeking.
