Just started metal detecting this year,  I have a teknetics delta 4000 and really like it. I have just been practicing in my yard.  Found some clad and 2 matchbox and junk. Yesterday I just got permission to detect where there was a old school next to the school football field. Dig ON!!!!!!!!!!!!
also just made a lescher sheath from Kyle it didn't yarn out to bad. For my first time using kdex. Tried adding pic but they are to big and I don't know how to make smaller.

Welcome from New Mexico.   Happy to have you on board.     We have a Resize program I'm not sure where it resides.  Try the search function above.

Greetings from Vancouver.

That Teknetics 4000 seems like a nice starter rig, if I knew what I do about detectors now I may have got that
rather than my Garrett Euroace(ace 350). But, my unit works great for now, I am still working on where/how to look
for stuff and will worry about more specialized gear later.

Hehe, something tells me I am going to need a closet dedicated to storing all my detectors one day  Tongue

That’s so true.
And will happen sooner that you think. A word of advice. Go for something bigger than a closet. So you want have to upgrade it any time soon.
