New to this site. Excited for the ground to thaw so I can get out. I have a line on an old amusement park (cir.1900-1930). Hoping I can contact the present owner to get permission. It hasn't been used since the 30's when it burned down. 2 lakes, dance hall, ferris wheel walking paths, picnic areas etc. Overgrown with trees and weeds since then! Wish me luck.

I will keep you all posted as to the progress or lack thereof in finding the owner and MDing this supposed honey hole. Might be another couple of weeks though. Weather here is bad...snowing, ground still frozen 2 inches down etc, etc.
