christian,

thank you very much for your acceptance to me to the forums, first of all,i would like to ask your opinion on how to handle a situation like... you reached a certain site with very hard cement on it. the site is near a river, 8 meters deep, stones with carabao signs.is there a possibility of poison in there? a bomb?booby traps?what chemical is best for the hard cement to break?is there any device to detect poisons?what is the best metal detector to use for treasures?thanks and God bless.

Hello Goldenlily,

to answer your questions:

1. Best detector for deep treasure hunting is presently the Lorenz Deepmax in my oppinion. You should build a borehole PI probe for it and employ a deep hole drilling rig. It can detect up to 4 m depth maxium with very large objects only. Average depth is about 1 - 2 m depending on object size. It is the deepest seeking detector on the market

2. To deal with thw concrete employ a sledge hammer. There is no chemical solution for your problem.

3. I personally do not believe that anybody would hide anything at 8 m depth unless you are speaking of a mine.

4. I have yet to see anyone getting hurt by a Japanese bobby trap. Hence I think you shouldn't be afraid of it.

Regards,

Christian
