I have a Coil Tech 12" If you want it.  Pay shipping.

Cool, Is it for the SD/GP Series PI's and is it DD or Mono, Thanks Mate

there are over 100 coils out there for this machine which is another reason I went with Whites,

Huh??   Don't know.  Got it in a Trade  .  Don't have Mine Lab or Whites.  Was going to us it on a Home Brew.  Think it's a Mono.

Ok I was Mistaken.   It's  Detector Technology ,  Made in Exmouth Western Australia , Super Depth is the name.  DD  and states on bottom Suitable for XT 17000.

For a coil this size it's quite light.     19" with a four pin plug.

Is that after the back brace and counter weight?  LOL.   Coil that size should be able to find something on a beach on the other side of the planet.  Would be a fun coil to experiment with a homebrew for sure.

Right first off, Forget about that OKM and all their Wild Claims, The Number 1 Prospecting Detector In the World Is The GPX there is Nothing Better,

So Number 1) How deep are you try to Search, Huh?

2) what Coils Do you Own For the GPX, Huh?

3) Is your Ground Highly Mineralized, Huh?

4) How deep is your GPX going down on the Targets that you Have Found,???

If you can Tell me the Answers to these Questions, I can Help you in the Right Directions, Ok,

AU

Hi Ridge Runner,

1) we were trying to search deeper that 1.5-2m. The biggest find was a kg at about 1.5 using a 20inch coil. but it was hardly a signal initially.

2) we have been at this a number of years so we pretty much have them all. we use minelab 11'm/dd 15"dd 18"m we have also used the coiltek 24"m' and the 25'" m called Advantage (sold by the Minelab locally)( ps m=mono and dd=double D)
3) Mineralization varies. we have mainly detected in one area and seen all types hot rocks, soils, things we have called '"bricks"' all give off some sort of signal
4) I would say the deepest is 1.5m

Thank you for all the help.

I'm not a Mine Lab fan because of other issues but that machine Is about the best of the Best.  Your not going to find any thing that I know off that can do as good except the Whites.  The OK has been shown to be a sham.  Over and Over we have reports of them , people asking for new Software, Not Performing as stated and so on.   Sorry you fell into the trap.   Sell it.  Demand your money back.

Hi Homefire

I wish i had come across this site before buying. Hand on heart i could not sell it on to someone knowing that it does not work. karma et al. OKM do not refund for international sales hence why I am trying to desperately see if I can make a silk purse out of a sow's ear.

Well you are doing everything right so far, well If there is Larger Gold there then Perhaps this might be your Best Bet and you will have everything covered, also maybe you should remove about 18 inches off the Top and detect again then remove another 18" but Detect the piles of dirt after each scrape, but make sure you spread them out so you can detect them, OK

Check this out first and they work and they are fairly Cheap, And I am buying one also, Good Luck,,AU

Hi Ridge Runner,

Many thanks. Had a look at the link and it was a machine I had looked up before. I think I eliminated it because of the focus on treasure hunting as opposed to prospecting. Would it work for deeper nuggets? of  a reasonable size. We do not imagine treasure chests etc where we are situated.

Possibly look into maybe a Lorenz product, not sure of the budget you have, it is spendy.  I don't have much experience with them since they are way out of my price range for prospecting.  But if you have an idea where lode vein might be it might be something you may want to invest it.
