I just searched the member list and can't find anyone located in Puerto Rico.

Look in the yellow pages for a detector shop. Some near beaches will rent you a detector. Or, look along the beach until you find someone using one. If you live there, you probably have time to find it later so make some accurate landmark sightings to mark your location then come back later when you can rent one or buy one.

We have a member from Chicago named Cyberborikua who visits PR often and has family there. Perhaps you can contact him from the member's list under the Community menu.

Good luck.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

I see one member registered in Puerto Rico, hopefully he can assist. It's a voluntary site.
