There may be some under that rock behind your house. Check for trees with hearts cut in them. Ignore that they may be lover's initials. They probably mean treasure. Any letter of the alphabet means Yamashita. Never forget that.

Oh, and welcome to the forums.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

 Hello
If you're looking for T-symbols, I highly recommend, "Spanish Monuments & Trailmarkers to TREASURE in the United States."  by Charles Kenworthy, 1993

Since buying and reading this book, I've found the "U" entrance monument markers in Utah, Nevada, Arizona and Wyoming.  And they exist in Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Kansas, Kentucky, etc., etc.
For 300 years the Spanish were very busy marking all of their royal mines.  According to the rules of Spain these same symbols would be found anywhere the Spanish prospected in the world.
I forgot one other book by Chuck Kenworthy 1991 titled, "TREASURE Signs, Symbols, Shadow & Sun Signs."
It also has some meaningful dates related to mining in the new world, beginning with the year "1480-Divining Rods became popular in the search for, not only water, but for precious metals in Spain and the areas it controlled.  A divining rod was called a "Spanish Needle."
