It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

It looks like pewter to me. Or it could be tarnished silver.

Interesting find.
It doesn’t look like that was buried in the ground.
Where did you find it?

My first thoughts was Pewter as well.  Not the right color for Silver.  You need to tell us more.  Is it Soft?  Heavy?  Bend Easy?

I find these objects next to my house less than a depth of 50 cm using a metal detector china production.
when I found the color is blackish victimization busam then I clean using paint remover and then I spread the use of lime and then I clean it with a toothbrush.
The body weight I do not know, a thickness of 5 mm, a loud sound when hit (ting) not (tek). image motif carvings such as flowers or foliage.
according to my friend objects include objects belonging to the nobility (the Netherlands) which is used as a place to put fruits.
according to the Dutch colonized Indonesia sajarah country 350 years since the early 1600s and Japan colonized nation of approximately 5 years. The course of history of colonial relics still exist around my town.
maybe this thing will I report to the museum.
