Hi , Welcome to the forum , If searching for Gold on your claims and to give yourselves the best chance you will want the best detectors , the 2 best are the Minelab GPX5000 and GPZ7000 , but these can take some time to get your head around , start with the factory presets and go from there , also don't underestimate the sieve and pan , simple tools that can lead you in the direction of Gold bearing ground , good luck .. cheers Mick
