Down here in Southern New Mexico, Pasolle is the big deal. Made from Tripe I do not partake.

Any one that eats hot dogs, or Bologna knows parts be parts but I just can't do cow stomach.

Actually menudo's pretty darn good once you get past the thought of it and the first couple of bites....I even like it when they throw in the feet. (most of the posole we get is standard cuts of cubed pork with hominy)

In Pa, we're close to philly, it's cheesesteak heaven! I just got a smoker about 6 months and do brisket, ribs, pulled pork.
