You local library should have copy's. If not in the 1800's Okla was Indian territory and under control of the U. S. government so you may be able to get them from the Library of Congress archives. But be warned its expensive to buy there, I just go about 25 pages from them and it totaled 37 bucks.

Thanks!

I ended up emailing the BLM and they emailed back the way to order from the Bureau of Land Management for the plats I
desired.  Color full size reproductions are $ 7.50 each.  Not bad price either.
