Looking in Savannah

 I live in Savannah. Their are a lot of re-construction in this town. I was wondering how hard it is to obtain permission to detect on these sites?

Maybe if you ask the owner of the land if you can detect it will allow you. Just say that you will give him something that you find. In the end give him a cent  ;D
