New to thunting, and this information may be available elsewhere in the site.
For DLO survey maps of townships, I will browse to a location (Oregon, in this case), right click on the spot, and choose "What's Here?" This will place map coordinates in the search bar.
Next, browse to

and enter your coordinates for longitude and latitude. Once entered, click View. This will give you Township, Range, Section info.
Finally, I will browse to

simply because its easiest for me to use. Other sites will give this information also. Click the Quadrant you are interested in, the the zip file for the Township/range you are looking for to open survey maps.
You may also be interested in overlaying these maps into Google Earch. Save the map, crop it, then from the earthpoint.us site above, click on View On Google Earch. The township will be highlighted, and you can overlay your saved map.
This link will open to a map of just south of Corvallis, Oregon. In the map you will see a town of Boonsville. This was a trapper stop before Oregon was even thinking of being a state. If you overlay this map into Google Earch, you will not that the river has moved some distance away. This was the result of a great flood in 1861. Here's the link:
