In the DBP2010, can C5 and C10 (12NF) be substituted with a 10 NF cap.? (.01 MFD) or is a critical value.

Hello will . Use only the 12 nf supply bypass capacitors as specified on the schematic and parts list .

When building any project on this forum , some components can not be higher or lower in value . Read the great pdf file I posted here .

Using wrong Parts out of tolerance is why some members have circuit problems and circuit instability . A prime example are the Problems with the Delta Pulse not getting good depth or becoming unstable with the gain on maximum .  The Delta Pulse or DBP2010 should work excellent if you use the correct parts.
A builder should have and use a Capacitance meter for verifying new or used caps . Just my opinion . Please read the folder I posted .

Hi wil,

use the 10nF and 2nF in parallel, there is extra space for this (twice!) on PCB, please read entire DBP2010 thread to avoid asking the same questiones over and over again.

regards,
d.

Hi Darkkitten,

here is my finished board of the DBP2010. Detecting

You are right,  it`s working better than all pi`s i have seen up to now (i.a.: sniffer, and pulsi`s pi`s). Clapp

Next step is to finish housing and coil. I hope to make it in the next time. Pictures will follow for all who are interested in building
a DBP2010. It`s worth! Smiley

Sabloni

Fantastic Sabloni. I am glad that you prove what we always said , the DBP 2010 is a very very very good detector with a lot of possibilities . As you said there is no better PI detector on this forum so far .  Cornelius

Hi Darkkitten and Cornelius,

i am glad to see that you are enjoying my work. Cheesy
As you told me it`s not a hokuspokus to do it. I am surprised for myself that the pcb can be done
in a few hours.
And the best at least: it is working as its best. Kiss
Thank you for persuading me to do the DBP 2010.

Till later,
sabloni Wink
Hi,

my DBP2010 is finished. See the pictures.

All is working at its best.

Many thanks to darkkitten and cornelius.

Sabloni
