1 circuit power tube current is particularly large

  There is no Tube in the DP2010.  You mean the FET?   Just measure the Current transversing the Fet.  Is the Fet staying TURNED ON ?

Greške: tranzistor T4(2N4126) kolektor i emiter kontra okrenuti
       Tranzistor T5(mpsA14) kolektor i emiter kontra okrenuti
       R38= 1R, treba staviti (10R-32R ) ohma.
Modul platine: tranzistor T3 kolektor i emiter stoje kontra okrenuti

       R34= 680 R na originalu(eksperimentom treba odrediti zbog pojačanja tranzistora T7=2N3773),tako da impuls signala na kolektoru bude 130V u piku(vrh do vrh) a da regulator "leistung"snaga bude na broju "10"
