Hi friends, I made this circuit works. I used the ırf840 wishing to use ırfp460 have a few problems. If you examine this circuit could not precisely calibrated wrong please let me know.

You gave us nothing to examine. Don't substitute the IRFP640. They are not equivalents.

Lazo, for more detail look up the specifications for both devices. The key element is the resistance when fully on and fully off. Also, the power ratings are important. Be sure the check the channel current and the channel polarity (N or P). You can help yourself this way.
