Then it must be faulty I also had one that gave me 3.2 volt that was faulty

I changed 7805 and mc34063,but my problem didn't resolved

I agree. When you put it in backwards the first time, you destroyed the device. Even if you put it in right this time, it will still fail. You will probably need a new regulator. Be mindful of the orientation of the device.

I'm sure,don't put 7805 in backward,anyway I replaced them,I'm read their data sheet and check all of my circuit board

I putout 7805,at +V I have 5.1 voltage,when I power on a led with that, I have 2,5volt...it's means problem not be at 7805,I changed MC34063,but didn't resolved,check all circuit,all hardware,again again again...I was confused

You must be doing something wrong can you send us a pic. If you only have an LED connected to it and you only get 2.5v on the output with a 7805 that can give up to 1A output there must be a problem in your circuit. I wonder if you are measuring the voltage in the right place?

Check every thing on the Ground Leg of the Regulator.  They can be fooled into producing other then rated voltage.

Hi hamed_ghorbani
                          A quick read of the scheme OF PIM  should differentiate between your regulator 7805 and the ground here is {the battery positive} . and out OF  MC34063{the ground negative battery} --- which is the entry TO the regulator 7805 in this order, everything properly right , {after all test you do}

The most important here on the illumination of 4X20 LCD two :-
 1-adjust the VR 10K Beside to the LCD.
 2- TEST Q7

Hi Hamed_ghorbani

Your board is very bad I can see a lot of areas that could have a problem also you don't listen to what we are telling you, not to mention that you said that you read the data sheet but you ask what the input voltage should be. I'm still sure that you have a short if not a few shorts on that board. An input voltage should be about 3 volts higher than your output voltage.
