I checked it, get new pcb and put this part(mc34063 and so on), still have problem, I checked it before proteus

so, the md din't work? why others who build the same is working. just check and review your pcb tracks based on schematic and pcb in pdf file coz it works 100%. errors is at your work.

GD he made the PCB and we had a look at it and saying that it no good is an under statement we told him this and he said that he would make a new one but we never got to see it. I'm not going to re-trace the board for three reasons one I don't have the time two I don't have the schematics and three I couldn't be bothered helping some one who will not listen. He has been given all the information regarding his board and has not shown any thing positive in return.

Hi  hamed_ghorbani
                 for PIM PI
                        Simply with the use of magnifying glass and Cutter Remove The spaces between the copper confirm you will discover  What we're saying if there is we are trying to do the following assistance in order to work. {Usually this happens the bad components or low time spent in the acid }.
                          if no:-
                                                                              What do you mean  when you test it with power supplay it  working ?how the 2.3v can be?
  must +5v      ******* This means damage to the battery*******

                         if no:-

      at first Remove all IC,S -----  and work to measure this voltage reading , if wrong  there is something wrong in the  MC34063 circuit Should be removed and returned again****{new}*** after the measurement of each component{ Specials Q1 ,D3}

Analysis of the above:-
1-Design is good and not found defect in.{Except reprogrammed after 200 times on/off operate }.
2-Defect in the implementation of the project and is Clear to everyone in the Board
3-The result using the proteus program to represent the work of the mis-selection of satisfying the element to be measured.{ input to 7805 to get out +5v}

 Finally, Are there other characters found in 7805,,, if it to change the order of legs.

         FOR Delta Pulse 2 LCD

P1= pin 6 of lf357 output signal --> CON5 NO1
P2= pin 10 of D2B  4538 Q output signal --> CON5 NO2=S_B
P3= pin 10 of D3B  4538 Q output signal --> CON5 NO3=S_E
P9= pin 1 D6A TL062 REF,GND --> CON5 NO4

best time
j.
