Hi,

100% checking of Delta Pulse PCB thru exell drawing with 2 weeks "huh" and found some error versus in schematic diagram and vice versa.

I put color red in terminals, parts and lines means with discrepancies.
Also not include the R50, R51 C31,C32 and STTH1210D in the PCB. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

   Any comment. Thank you.

Hello Vourvon . I will check the PCB you posted here today with the latest schematic and PCB I posted and also look at the newest Delta Pulse 2 circuit board . If you are correct and there are just a few components in question , I am sure that is something that can be added onto the existing board . I have seen many mods and corrections done without circuit board changes  . Just seems funny that many people have built the project in the last year with the existing PCB board and have not complained ? This is what we all work for as a "TEAM" to correct the problems whether it is a Delta-pulse or DBP-2010 or Goldscan IV. There are so many versions of schematics and PCB files with errors posted on the internet for each individual model of PI or VLF Metal Detector   , I am surprised that most of them work !!
It seems that it never ends and is a constant work in progress .
Thank-You for posting !!

HH..........Eugene

Eugene52,

Thank you for immediate response and you are correct we need to work as a team, the purpose of my making a drawing of PCB thru excel is to update the board and to familiarized the circuit.
Now also for completion of schematic drawing, I post here if I'm finish.

My attachment is the D2 and D3 IC without pin 8 (Vss) and 16 (Vdd) in schematic I get in this forum and my revision is base on the PCB connection and also I check to data sheet of IC. Is that correct.

I see on cd4538 datapage vss is pin 8 and vdd is pin 16 . see pdf below . That is ok it is supply voltage . The +e and - e is ok also , it is signal from 10k  [p6] .

Eugene52,

Another error is the P6/Tune in schematic is connected in D7A pin 3 and the value of potentiometer is 10k (on attachment 1) while in the PCB (attachment 2) is connected to the speaker and the value of potentiometer is 100 ohm.

What is the correct? the schematic or the PCB or both correct you can add the P6/Tune on the PCB plus excisting potentiometer 100 ohm on the PCB.

6th volume control frm left to right is sound volume control=100 ohm
on that pcb you posted there were no tune control and switch, its up to you if you put tune control and switch based on schematic you should cut the trace to put the tune control and switch. in delta pulse 2 pcb you noticed there is no jumper "b" only jumper "a" and all controls were on pcb already and all switches and lcd connection were ready.

regards,
ram

Thank-You Ram !!

I am trying to find where Vourvon found his PCB file with the potentiometer p6 connections
missing ? My last PCB files show the P6 trace connections and jumper to the 220 uf electrolytic and Vourvon's did not ? I think Vourvon found an older version PCB board .

Vourvon can you please show clear image of the bad Board you found [both sides] ....not the corrected one you are showing above . Thank-You very much .

Best Regards............Eugene

Eugene52,

I partial compare your new post PCB on my reference PCB and I don't see the difference. I post here the mirror image. Thank you.
