you spear me a lot of difficulties
but according  to cap's can i use ciramic disc caps?
& what kind of bat? or any 12v bat will do the work

Try not to use any ceramic disc it has 20% tolerance and short life span . Use MKP wima "POLY" type metalized polypropylene pcb size , see photos and use 12 volt rechargeable type like in photo .

the good news for me that i found some of the IC's in my tool box
which are
ne556n   ,  tc4066bp   , tl062cn &  ha17555   Cheesy
do they work will?
now there is one to go CD4538? Sad

I am checking part sheets now . Do you have the LF357 ?

For CD4538 you can use CD14538 or MC14538 .
DO NOT USE 74HC4538 , 7.0 volt supply voltage maximum !!!
