Hi,
Use .5 mm enamelled copper.
The resistance is 0.0870 ohms/metre, so you'll need 25.3 metres, or thereabout.
Tack 20 or so small diameter nails into a board in a 19cm circle, wind your copper round them.
Tape the coil up, remove... enjoy!
