Have seen pictures and advertising of detecting outfits with coils ,, such as a blanket type or large unit the pulled behind a tractor or such,, and was just wondering,  is it conceveable,, feasable or possible to make one of the coils that would work on a standard type detector, for instance a Garrett,  Fisher, just a standard VLF land detector, like the average person would have, Fisher F4-F2/ Garrett 550 / 1000, some standard type outfit, have not seen any posts on such a  coil, manufactured or home made,  Just wondering, thanks. Wink

Hi Bugar

I Saw a VLF detector that had a number of coils I can?t remember what it was called but it had three different coils one was a pinpointing coil then there was a larger one my guess it was 16 in and the third was 1m x 1m I will see if I did not save the article if I did then I will post it but I don?t promise that I have it.

Regards
Xavier
