The discrimination is not working..according to the original author of this machine discrimination could only possible if all parts used is the same of what he used.

Arduino doesn't program with HEX files. If you are referring to a PIC chip, that's another story.

the first 3 comments you can do that with avrdude  i will test this but still one problem how do i set the fuse or it will be set automaticaly with the hex?Huh?Huh?

Register on geotech1.com   there you can find latest Firmware v3.0 without restriction

and search Google for arduino isp

easiest way to Flash atmel Chips with an arduino   good luck
