I found this on the net   ''The Dynamic Pulse 2 detector, which is a PI metal detector with a separate circuit, which is synchronized with the one of the detector. This synchronized circuit serves for applying a pulse which is powered by a twenty-four or a thirty-six adaptor. This way, the objects in the ground are charged more and you get a more accurate response if the object is buried deep in the ground''. The gained depth is about 30%.It can be applied to any pi that can be equipped with double coil?

I believe it is a clever little hoax. I tried looking for the detector by itself and couldn't find a thing. But, I did find some Adidas sneakers with that branding.

If I can't find it, it's not out there.

That gets 7 results. One of them is this thread. One is the original article. Five of them are nothing more than a "cut and paste" from the original article. You are on a wild goose chase. When you catch it, be sure and cook it for several hours to be sure it's well done.

I still don't see any advantage to adding a synchronized repeater/booster to the detector.

No but if you turn around three times and poke it with a stick . . .
