I can't seem to find a program to draw one for me , Free.  I want one on PCB like Tesero uses.

Go to Gary's site and he explains the whole lot.

Homefire,

There are a couple of approaches you an use to get a spiral image for PCB.  Eagle PCB can do it, but you have to buy a license to create a full size coil.  Express PCB can draw increasingly large arcs which can create a spiral (but it won't be perfectly even).  Express is a free program too, and comes with a schematic layout tool as well.  A third option is to find a free vector based drawing program; they aren't designed specifically for PCBs but can certainly be used in a pinch.
