It don't mater what make of transistor you use a BC546 is a BC546 and that's that. Japanese is giving you the code on the capacitors to help you identify them NOT a new value.

Easily if the PH BC546b or c  TR available ---- if not try to modify the Arrangement EBC of  TR datasheet  you have available to the EBC of the pcb .
