Hello.  Not played with this circuit.

TL 074 Ua and Ub are the Receive Gain Blocks.

TL 074 Uc is being utilized as the Sample switch it seems.

TL 074 Ud I'm not so sure of .  It looks like it's some sort of feed back being used in a attempt of some type of Discrimination / Elimination .

U1d is for feedback and comparison in U1a. Comparing the amplified signal allows a shift comparison differential to be delivered to U1b. The differential then has noise identified versus true signals. The next stage filters in U1b's feedback via U2b and R11. The feedback blocks only the very lowest level signals allowing the strong "real" signals to be amplified. Almost all of the U2 switches seem to be used to turn the amplification on and off so that the TX pulse does not overdrive the RX amplifiers. U2 is 4 high speed SPST switches on a chip.

Note: U1b's feedback resistor is unlabeled but based on the circuit surrounding it all, is probably 10k.
