hello.I finally succeeded to build this detector dbp2010 with the original schema that includes the small module, and it works perfectly without problem, although I change some components that I do not find them here, and soon I will put some pictures of my detector. I made a coil of diameter 43.8cm with 0.5mm enamelled wires, and with 23 turns. My questions is the following ; is it normal to detect at maximum with this coil a circular plate of copper of diameter 30cm and 2mm of thickness to 62cm of depth? it is good as depth or it is not much? How can the depth be improved? Is it normal not to detect a gold ring with this coil?
thank you.

43cm is a large coil.  You don't say how large of a ring.  Smaller rings would most likely be a issue with any detector with a coil that size.

It is a ring of standard size, almost 2cm in diameter. If this coil of 43.8cm is a large coil, can it detect a bag of gold buried at a depth of 2m? if not, with which coil I can detect it.
Notice that I used potentiometers of 22k instead of 25k, LF356N instead of LF357N and MPSA05 instead of 2n4124.Is these changes affect the power of detector?

2m is a fare stretch for any metal detector that I've ever used.  A 1m x 1m coil would be your best chance on something like that.  Target response and Depth are not written in stone.  Lots of variables can come to play.  Ground Mineralization, Humidity of the Soil, Target Size, Target Shape ( Round? Oblong? Flat?),  Type of Metal Target is made up of.

As for your Substitutions on the Transistor, I do not know what positions you used the Subs in so no Idea what there doing.  Quick look and there are more then a few variances on the specifications between the two.  If you expect the project to work and  behave like or as designed, you need to be using parts as outline in the BOM. Every and Any Changes you make will have cause and effect, eaa?

The LF356 /357 are good to go.  Both are covered by the same Data Sheet.

I see they listed Acceptable Substitutes or Alternative transistors in the BOM.   All are common  and available transistors.

Use them.

Welcome as a new user. I was interested in the delta project and why would I have a question about which version of Delta is the deepest? BDP 2010, s3 + or any other? I mean the range on the frame 1x1m or more.

Wanting to build a coil with a diameter of 150 centimeters. The coil should be wound up like ordinary small coils. How many coils and what thick wire to use?

Hello, I made a metal detector DBp2010, but the sensitivity is weak and on the gold. Most possible solution to this problem is this device distinguishing between metals and thanks I made the original scheme
