For the tx you have to use the correct hex code, see here
and be aware the battery symbol for the 7805 in the rx is wrong polarity.

I have not completed the whole project yet
only loaded the TX hex into attiny
the correct hex works ok

6666 could you say something more about range.
I'll buitd it soon and i think to use opp.amp. in RX circuit, and TX on 18 V - what you think about it?

Hi
well I have not built the whole project, so I cannot tell you about the depth of this project
Jon has added an opamp in the RX and said it worked better, there are coil details on the website
also be aware there are 3 schematics, and put the damping resister across the coil, not shown in all
schematics, try it on 12v first, if i get a bit of free time i will try and complete the project.
I used the baycom programmer for the attiny
