Here is a P.I. Project that is easy to build . It will detect a small euro coin at 25 cm easy. This of course is from another Forum . I built it on a bread board and I know it works Good . Here are the PCB Photos and the sprint ".LAY file" is in the zip folder . The search coil can be 19 turns of 0.5 mm copper enamel wire wound tightly on a 25 c.m. diameter flat plastic form. The clear schematic and parts list I will add tommorrow , when I find it.............The work on the PCB board is Credited to Geotech Member APberg. This is a Great project even for a 1st time circuit maker . Also I am working on getting correct constuction plans for the Delta Pulse / XR-71 Pulse Induction Metal Detector which is a Deep Seeking P.I. . Test Results are very good and comparible to the Hammerhead P.I..........And also If anyone on this Forum has Good and complete schematics / Circuit photo's / Plans you are more than welcome to post them under the thunting / Tech Talk heading .................Take Care All.......................Eugene52

Hi Eugene52,

is this detector working with a smaller coil too? Could you write in this forum the clear schematic and parts list?
I'm very happy that I find a small PI metal detector project. I would like to build a small handheld PI detector with deep detect.

Hello Hyundai , A new schematic is being worked on as we speak , I hope !! And the schematic will be posted soon . This is a very good little circuit , worth the wait !!! Yes you can use a smaller search coil but your number of turns "windings" will be different than the 25 cm size . Hello Eugene,

this reminds a bit of a handheld Ebinger Underwater probe. I would also be interested in reading more on the coil that goes with it and also see a housing for it. What do you think is the cost of building it?

I will carefully try to complete this Project information  tommorrow , also I will try to post a link , close to where you have to look . I would like to show all my circuit boards in sprint .lay files and then show the cool green sprint photo image of the circuit boards , so there will be three parts for each individual circuit board . I am proceeding with caution on the schematic right now , it has to be re-drawn or if you are in a hurry you can visit the Geotech Forum and search for Surf P.I. information...........Hopefully Tommorrow , I will have more stuff  Wise Wise Wise.........Eugene52
