     The 680 ohm resistor [R6] below the IRF 740 should be 1k ohm resistor . Also on the component layout they are using a 2.2 k ohm damping resistor which is high , the 680 ohm damping resistor on the schematic seems more realistic . They did not use R51 , the purpose of R51 is to reduce current on the IRF 740 if your seach coils DC resistance is less than 2.0 ohms , I see it on the schematic but it is missing on the PCB component Lay-Out , That is why they put the two blue jumpers from IRF740 to the -12 supply . The ST TH1220 is not being used but must be added . So what I am seeing now are just little problems . I need to continue and check the whole circuit . Eugene

      I get the unified Delta Pluse & Sniffer XR-71 schematic with the PCB lay-out but if verify the correctness of lay-out you found have different in R5 680 1W versus 2.2K 1W, R6 1K versus 680 and if I'm correct I can't see the R50 and R51 also the 10,000uf versus 1,000uf. Which is correct the schematic or the lay-out.

       The ISIS schematic for Delta Pulse 1 potention meter name is Signal, Sniffer XR-71 potention meter name is Sense and Unified DP & S XR-71 potention meter name is Delay if you compare which 1 is correct or it depend what schematic you used but in actual use of this detector there is an difference. Please advise. Thanks.

Hello Vourvon . Ram was successful with the schematic and pcb files he used .
To answer your questions Vourvon , download a copy of the Delta zip FINAL file I posted here . Everything should be complete and accurate .

     Thanks for the answer my attachment came from your previous post so if you use or follow the schematic you modify the PCB lay-out according to the circuit and electronic component indicated in schematic diagram.

Eugene,

     I mean which is I follow the schematic or the PCB lay-out with electronic component value, because the PCB lay-out with electronic component value not follow the schematic and have the difference, my thinking is that the PCB lay-out with electronic component value is already enhance or improve that why have difference in the schematic or vise-versa. Because I have plan to assemble that MD instead I buy twobox I need back-up MD for my Nokta Golden King and later on if assemble unit is success I plan put a arc-geo logger of TW. I work in electronic company and I handle auto-insertion and surface mounting machine and many electronic parts throw by the machine, good parts but cannot feed to machine so every month a have an ave. worth of $1,000 electronic component cannot use, maybe all resistor and capacitor use for assemble MD was came from machine throw. Please advise.

Hi!
I got from Bulgaria the assembled PCB of SR 71 Sniffer and seems well assembled.

There is a shortform for connections, however there are no operating instructions....do someone has those?

you are right , the PCB lay-out with electronic component value not follow the schematic and have the difference, not yet ................ Angry
 * c1=15nf or 22nf  * c7=220uf or 1000uf * R1=680k or 470k * R5=2k2 1w or 680R 1w * R6=680R or 1k * R47,49=2k or 1k * PR1=200k or 220k..........?
ok Eugen please corect the Delta zip FINAL file for helping peaple and many thanks.......

I have made the sniffer xr71 on the breadboard ! But I don't know what is this "j1" (attached here) for ? Is it a kind of switch ? Do I have to do any work before turning the system on ?
